Nick Perry Associates Limited was formed in February 2016 to provide construction consultancy services across many forms of development in both the public and private sectors.

Based from our offices in Kelvedon in Essex, we are able to easily access projects in London and the Home Counties as well as projects further-afield. Led by our Managing Director Nick Perry and supported by administrators and specialist external advisors as required, we are able to support projects of any size.

Through our Managing Director, we can offer over 28 years’ experience in construction consultancy, with recent relevant experience across a broad range of sectors and project types.

• Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) providing Quantity Surveying, Cost Consultancy and Procurement advice over many industry sectors.
• Project Manager (MAPM) providing Employers Agent, Client Representative and general Project Management advice.
• Health and Safety Professional (IMaPS) providing CDM and Construction Health and Safety advice
• Construction Skills Certification Council (CSCS) accredited Professionally Qualified Person
